These conditions further refer to Labro Truckaccessories V.O.F. as "Labro Truck Interior", "we", "us" or "our". Labro Truck Interior operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you, the customer, with a personalized shopping experience (the “Services”).

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Labro Truck Interior reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Your order is only accepted after Labro Truck Interior has confirmed it. We must have received and processed your payment before your order will be accepted. Please check your order carefully before placing it. Labro Truck Interior may not be able to honor a cancellation request after your order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or telephone number provided during the ordering process.
You may only return or exchange purchases in accordance with our refund policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
ARTICLE 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time you place your order. This price is stated in the confirmation email you receive after your order.All prices on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise. Any shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the ordering process. Labro Truck Interior reserves the right to change prices. We may from time to time offer promotions for the Services that may affect pricing and are subject to terms and conditions that are separate from these Terms. In the event of any discrepancy between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the promotion terms will take precedence.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases you make at our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and credit card expiration dates, whenever any changes occur, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct and complete; (ii) you are authorized to use the credit card for purchases; (iii) your charges are approved by the credit card company; and (iv) you will pay the charges you incur at the prices displayed, including shipping and handling charges and any applicable taxes, if any. An order is put into production after payment has been received or approved by the payment provider.
ARTICLE 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. The stated delivery times are indicative and may differ in some cases. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times quoted are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance or events beyond our control.
ARTICLE 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
There is no right of withdrawal for customized products. These products are specially produced according to the customer's wishes and therefore cannot be returned. For standard products (not custom-made) there is a right of withdrawal of 14 days after receipt of the product. The product must be returned unused and in its original condition.
ARTICLE 7 - COMPLAINTS
If a product is delivered damaged or defective, the customer must report this as soon as possible viasupport@labrotruckinterior.com. Labro Truck Interior will look for a suitable solution in consultation with the customer, such as repair or replacement. Labro Truck Inteior is not liable for indirect damage or consequential damage.Liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are the property of Labro, its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by patent, copyright and intellectual property laws of the European Union.
These Terms permit you to use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material within the Services without our prior written permission. Therefore, no rights can be derived from the content of this website.
