Returns Policy

Customized products

Many of our products are specially tailor-made according to the options you choose. This includes seat covers, tunnel covers, and other truck interior products. This is indicated with the product.

These products are produced especially for you and are therefore possible cannot be returned.

Standard products

A return period applies to products that are not custom-made 14 days after receipt. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for returns:

  • The product is unused

  • The product is in the original packaging

  • The product is not damaged

Return costs are borne by the customer.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return having been requested will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Then we can evaluate the problem and solve it for you.


Exceptions/items that may not be returned
Unfortunately, sale items or gift vouchers cannot be returned.

Refund
When we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and we will also let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via the chosen method. Please remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
